Bidhankumar Rawal, commonly referred to as Bidhan Rawal, is a former Additional Secretary of India's Research & Analysis Wing (R&AW).
Rawal was directly recruited to the Research & Analysis Service (RAS) cadre in 1973 and retired in 2010.
