Eddie Teo Chan Seng, populary referred to as Eddie Teo, is a Singaporean civil servant. He is a former chief of both the Security and Intelligence Division (SID) and Internal Security Department (ISD).

Miscellaneous: During Teo’s headship of SID, the organisation was involved in training and arming non-Communist resistance forces of Cambodia against invasion by Vietnamese forces (1979)
